I was very happy to be able to find this listing again. I had seen it about two weeks ago, but was unable to find it until Mauricio sent me the correct address. Thank you both.

My husband and I have several questions:
1. Is this a set price? Negotiable?
2. What are the taxes on this apartment?
3. There must be Association fees, and what are
they?
4. Insurance, is it quite high? Being that it is
one entire floor?
5. How many elevators are there in case of fire?
6. Are there any sprinklers in case of fire?
7. Are appliances included? Obviously no furniture.
8. What type of windows (Glass in particular - double pane? Light filtering?
9. Solid or hollow doors?
10. Electrical - 220? Satalite? Phone connections?
11. Would like to see pictures of kitchen and cabinetry.
