The farm has a private access; it limits with a river (the Cane River) in about 700 ft, and has an approximate area of 7.4 acres. The farm is full of creeks of pure abundant water, pathways and trees, and is perfect for mountain biking. Pure water flows freely around the 3 story house which enjoys a 360 degree gorgeous view, and has 3 ample bedrooms, two chimneys and two comfortable bathrooms. Beside the main house there are two stables, an ample covered garage and a Bar-BQ. Near the main house (at about 50 yds.) there is a one bedroom house, which can be used as lodgings for 1 or 2 employees.
