Lovely country house just 30 minutes away from the City of Pereira, the capital of Risaralda Department, the epicenter of Colombia's beautiful Coffe Region.
The whole farms has 7.000 square meter approx ( 17 acres). The place has a Warm weather and it's also safe and peaceful.
It has a main house made of brick, and a small one for the farm keepers.
All the house is surrounded by a typical walkway (corredor)

The farm is 20 km away from Pereira ( about 30 minutes). 17.5 km are in completely asphalt road, and the remaining 2.5 are non-asphalt road. However those few kilometers are well maintained, and people who lives around the farm use automoviles instead of 4x4 or jeeps.
