Located in La Vereda Santa Rita, near the pintoresque town of San Vicente de Ferrer, Antioquia Eastside. The region is characterized also by the hospitality of its population. Wherever small town you arrive, People will always offer you "aguapanela" (sugar cane juice) or lemonade and always there is time for a short conversation.


It's about 48 km away from Medellin City, taking Medellin-Bogota highway in one and a half hour trip by car aproximately for very good shaped paved way.

Type of Cultivations that are right now in the farm : pasture of cut, corn, (50) fifty avocado trees, bamboos (guadua), pineapple, oak trees, eucalyptuses, tangerine, orange and lemon trees, chachafrutos, guava trees, medlars, bananas.
And also a place for worm harvest.

Animals: Native Cow and veal, one cat and a dog that live peacefully and natives chickens.


Ram and a tank of two thousand (2.000) liters of capacity.


Public utilities: Water, electricity and telephone (one conventional line).


Within the farm, There are 2 streams of clear water and there are also several wetlands.

La casa está aperada con camas, comedor, fogón a gas y estufa eléctrica, nevera, televisor, grabadora, mesa de trabajo para carpintería y madera, calentador a gas (para instalar), computador, mesa y sillas plásticas, algunas herramientas de trabajo (machetes, azadones y otros...).
