Plot of Land at the North of Santa Marta close to Buritaca River

Buritaca Beach front plot of land located close to the Buritaca River, 40 minutes away from Santa Martas downtown, and 10 minutes from the Parque Tayrona entrance in the highway that drives to Dibulla (Guajira). The lot has a total area of 11 ha (27,18 acres). It has 100 meters long of sand beach, and 15 meters sea front (1.500 sq meters of white sandy beach).

The plot is close to the place where the Buritaca river meets with the Caribbean Sea, allowing visitors to appreciate and enjoy of a landscape where the calm waters of the river blend with the waves of the sea in a single one.

The area has several rivers that can be explore in kayak or in a small boat. The surroundings can be discovered in a hiking where the fauna, flora and the landscape of the of the Sierra Nevada as a background are the perfect setting.

The tourism in the Buritaca area is not well organized, so in high season it is over crowded by tourists from inside of the country, that sometimes don't treat the nature as it should.

The advantage of this plot of land is that is within this beautiful area, but independent from the crowded areas. In the area you can taste of the typical foods of the region, with uniques flavors and the care of people who are willing to welcome you.

It's a place where you can have a variety of activities, or just to rest under a palm tree or in a tent on the edge of the beach with a drink listening the sounds of nature.

The lot actually has a cabin with a swiming pool, with capacity for 15 people.
