The size of the ranch is almost 500 Hectares (or 1250 acres).
The land lies along the banks of the Rio pauto. There is plenty of water on this land with the river, summer rains, manmade deep wells, natural and artificial ponds.
Getting to the land is easy, there is a paved road leading from Trinidad and it takes about an hour drive to arrive. The road runs right up to the house. There is also a bus that passes by twice a day.
Two roads run through the land providing easy access, one leads to a large bridge that passes the Pauto and can accomodate 18 wheelers, so transport of any kind is possible.
There are 3 houses, all equipped with toilets and showers, and the houses have lights powered by solar panels.
The land is perfect for either cattle ranching, agriculture, or ecotourism. We are currently using it for rice, corn, bananas, cattle, and horses.
There is also a large old growth forest which provides all the wood you could possibly need. Additionally this is one of the few remaining old growth forests of significant size in the area. Here can be found many large animals, birds, and plants which are hard to find in the region since most land has been cleared.
Almost all the fences have been put up in the past year, and there are also electrical fences for grazing or crops.
The land is completely under my name, all papers are current and all taxes are paid to date. The sale should be very simple and straightforward.

En Venta una finca hermosa una hora afuera de Trinidad.

Tamano es casi 500 Hectarias (480 Ha). La finca es a orillas del rio Pauto. Este finca nunca falta de aqua. Encuentras el rio, aguas veraneras, pozos profundos, pozetas naturales y artificiales.

Llegar a la finca es muy facil, dos carreteras pasan por la finca, y un carrertera viene hasta la casa. Servicios de buses pasan al frente de la casa dos veces al dia.

Tambien hay un puente grande que cruza el rio Pauto al otro lado (San Luis de Palenque) que sirve a camiones grandes y tractomulas.

Hay 3 casas en la finca, todos con baños y luz por plantas solares.

La tierra es apta para ganaderia, agricultura, o ecoturismo. Al momento esta utilizada para arroz, maiz, y pasto.

Tambien hay bosque alto con muchos arboles maderables. Aqui en los bosque hay variedades de fauna que no se encuentran mas en otros locales. Sobre el rio hay unas playas hermosas.

Mucho de las cercas son nuevas y tambien hay cercas electricas para potreros y cosechas de maiz.
